The location provided great jungle views yet it was close to the city. the restaurant offered tasty meals and spas were within walking distance. free shuttles into town ran three times a day. the staff were all lovely.

The room was spacious at the accommodation the decor included nice artistic touches the hotel offered multiple pool areas to relax i appreciated the landscaping. It felt integrated with the environment

The location is nicely remote. Restaurants are close. i enjoyed the views of mountains from the pool area. i also found the restaurant great, especially the breakfast, and the room service was quick and tasty.
the steep grounds require walking a lot of stairs to reach reception, which can be tiring.

I stayed in a Beautiful Junior Suite. The provided shuttle service to the center was REALLY convenient. Breakfast offered a tasty buffet, though a bit more variety would be ideal. The staff was consistently kind and smiling. The jungle location near the river offered wonderful views.
The stairs might pose a minor challenge for some guests.
